What are Chakras?
CHAKRA HISTORY & HEALING
Chakras have been sited in many cultures and religions across the world and throughout time. Writings and drawlings have been found in India, China, Egypt, Tibet, Hawaii, various parts of Europe and Africa as well as among several American Indian tribes. Chakra healing practices have been found in Greek traditions and Christian Mythics. In fact another name used for the Third Eye chakra is the Christ Consciousness Center and is related to you higher intuition and openness to metaphysical knowledge.
Healing the various chakras in the body can look differently depending on which chakra you intend to focus on, however, meditation, yoga, connection with the earth, essential oils, colors and a healthy diet of particular healing foods and spices are all great ways to rebalance, realign and heal your chakras.
You will learn the importance of grounding yourself. Connecting with the world around you through meditation, yoga and a healthy diet of nourishing foods and spices. You will also learn to let go of the past, rewrite your story for future empowerment and to forgive both yourself and others for the things you can not change while allowing yourself to metamorphosis into a brighter, stronger and happier you!
In your weekly one hour session with Certified Master Life Coach Callie Mitchell you will be utilizing the SMART Method to identify successful and obtainable goals you wish to accomplish in your life. You will work with Callie as your support system and mentor to identify possible road blocks on your path to success such as lack of motivation, healing from past traumas, and forgiveness. You will learn to create healthy thought patterns by identifying your Limiting Belief Systems (B.S) while utilizing Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to change your B.S to a more positive and confident you!

Relates to sociability, friendliness & desire. Not only sexual desire but also the desire for friends, love, material possessions, power, God and sexual intimacy. This chakra is the center for your physical strength as well as where your drive to achieve your goals comes from.

The solar plexus is where your inner light is found and relates to your self esteem and self worth. This chakra governs your digestion and includes all of your digestive organs except the large intestines. It's not surprising this is where your gut intuition comes from.

As you could probably guess the heart chakra governs our ability to give and receive unconditional love and affection. This includes allowing yourself to feel and experience all emotions in a healthy and understanding way. When this chakra is fully open people will describe a feeling of being one with all beings known as the "Cosmic Consciousness"

The throat chakra is the center of communication, creativity, and opening to spirituality. This is where your speech and ability to sing originates from. Writing and teaching is also associated with this chakra.
